How To Clear Cache Memory (Internet Explorer)

To clear cache memory of the Internet Explorer, select the [Tools] button and from drop down menu select the [Safety] option and from the new side menu that will appear press the [Delete browsing history] (img1).

Or you can press Ctrl+Shift+Del buttons together on your keyboard.



In both cases the Delete Browsing History window will appear. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet files and Cookies and then click the [Delete] button on the bottom of the Delete Browsing History window (img2).

You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies (img3).

How To Clear Cache Memory (Chrome)


To clear cache memory of the Chrome, click on the Chrome menu icon seated towards the right end, besides the address bar (img4).

From drop down menu that will appear select the [Tools] and from the side menu that will appear after selecting the [Tools] press the [Clear browsing data...] (img5).

Or you can press Ctrl+Shift+Del buttons together on your keyboard.

In both cases the Clear Browsing Data window will appear. Here, you can select, not just cache, but any browsing data that you wish to delete (img5).

When you select browsing data that you wish to delete press the [Clear browsing data] button on the bottom of the Clear Browsing Data window (img6).

How To Clear Cache Memory (Mozzilla Firefox)

To clear cache memory of the Mozzilla Firefox, press [Tools] from the browser's main menu and from drop down menu press the [Clear Private Data...] (img7).

Or you can press Ctrl+Shift+Del buttons together on your keyboard.


In both cases the Clear Private Data window will appear. Ensure that the [Cache], [Cookies], [Offline Website Data] and [Authenticated Sessions] check boxes are checked and then press the [Clear Private Data Now] button on the bottom of the Clear Private Data window (img8).

Clearing the Cache in Safari:

Step 1: Launch Safari, select the Safari menu, and select Empty Cache (img9).

Step 2: When you receive the warning, Are you sure you want to empty the cache?, select Empty (img10).
